Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-7 Working Days, depending on your area of delivery.
Deliveries are completed by The Courier Guy and are only conducted Monday to Friday, no deliveries or collections can be made over weekends/Public Holidays. Delays in deliveries may be expected should items need to be pulled from our main warehouse and/or we are experiencing high volume orders. You will be notified via email with any delays should they arise. Please note: any orders placed after 12:00 PM will only be processed the following day. Delivery times will also be determined by your area, certain areas do not receive daily deliveries via The Courier Guy and may only allocate certain days to outlying areas which may delay your delivery date. if you are not sure on your areas delivery methods please contact The Courier Guy to verify the expected delivery period.

Orders over R1000 and under 30kg’s will receive free delivery.
