Pinnacle Stainarc 312 Stainless welding rods are rutile coated welding stock electrodes used to weld problem steel. Weld deposit is an austenitic chrome-nickel alloy. The welding electrodes are an excellent choice to weld stainless steel to problem steel, mild steel to low alloyed steels, high alloyed steels, manganese steel and welded metal with high chrome content. It is machinable and scale resistant up to 1000 degrees Celcius. It has a stable arc, smooth and finely rippled seams, very easy slag removal, simple to weld on DC and AC. It is suitable for buffer layer before hardface of dredger teeth, crusher jaws, crusher cones, beating arms, knives and dies in the plastic processing industry, hot trimming plates hot shearing knives, hot stamps and die punches.
